Ring, a manufacturer with 20 years of experience in tyre care products, has recently secured two top honours in Auto Express product tests for its tyre inflator and tyre sealant ranges.
The newly launched ULTRAINFLATE 20 won the Auto Express annual tyre inflator test, receiving a five-star rating. The product features ‘Ringtelligence’ Technology, which includes a programmable auto-stop function for precise inflation, and a ‘Dynamic Display’ with a progress bar.
Ring was also awarded best tyre sealant for its flat tyre sealant (RTS4502), which achieved 4.5 out of 5 stars. The tester provided a strong endorsement, commenting: “The Ring is the only sealant we’d be confident using at the roadside and then trust to get us home,” and added, “Connecting it is easy, and by making sure the puncture was at the bottom of the wheel when we were filling, the hole was quickly plugged. It was mess free, quick and effective.”
The sealant is designed to seal punctures up to 6mm and is made to original equipment specification. It is safe for use with TPMS and requires no jacks or tools. Drivers can travel up to 125 miles at 50 mph before needing professional repair.
