Valeo Service has introduced a new Help Centre to assist automotive professionals in managing the technical requirements of modern vehicle repairs. With access to over 17 million part references, the service aims to reduce the difficulty of identifying and installing components correctly.

The platform moves beyond traditional hotlines by offering a multi-channel approach. Professionals can now connect with experts through live chat, email, or telephone from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. This service is free for distributors, workshops, and retailers. Andy Swann, Valeo Division General Manager, stated:

“Technical hotlines can often be frustrating, especially when you’re on a tight schedule. Our Help Centre combines expert guidance with speed and reliability. With a trusted net promoter score of 60+, significantly higher than the average automotive hotline rating of 41, it delivers support you can count on, without the usual headaches.”

For distributors, the centre provides assistance with catalogue searches and parts matching at the counter. Workshops can receive immediate guidance on fitment and installation procedures. The Help Centre also facilitates access to the Valeo Tech Academy and Specialist Club.
