Ring and OSRAM have launched a series of free training sessions designed to support their direct customers across the automotive aftermarket.
Mike Smallbone from Aftermarket Business Solutions recently represented both brands to deliver training events at the GSF Car Parts branches in Exeter and Bridgwater. The workshops provided staff with guidance on effective product marketing, strategies to improve customer loyalty, and demonstrations covering various bulb technologies. The sessions also focused on methods for increasing profitability through customer upselling.
The initiative forms part of a broader program being established by the two suppliers to provide specialized support for GSF Car Parts garage accounts within the region.
Mike commented: “This year, OSRAM and Ring are focusing all of their energy on servicing their direct customers, and providing training through myself is an element customers have been asking for.
“I visited two GSF branches, one in Exeter and another in Bridgewater and found the day with the GSF staff to be an incredible success. This is all part of a larger initiative as we build to deliver something exciting, unique and bespoke for GSF Car Parts garage customers in the Exeter and surrounding area.”
