Champion, a DRiV brand, is previewing two new product lines—High Voltage (HV) Battery Filters and a new Wipers range—at Automechanika Frankfurt ahead of their planned market introduction in the first quarter of 2027.
Exhibiting in Hall 4.0 at Booth C31, the manufacturer is expanding its filtration offering to address hybrid vehicle maintenance. Designed for hybrid cooling systems that utilise cabin air to cool the high-voltage battery, the HV Battery Filters feature reinforced filtration media to protect against dust and debris contamination.
At launch, the filter range will include 21 part numbers covering approximately 4.5 million vehicles across brands including Toyota, Lexus, Suzuki, and Mazda, providing up to 99 per cent coverage of these specific applications in Europe.
Robbie De Moor, Product Director Maintenance EMEA at DRiV, said:
“As hybrid technologies become increasingly common, workshops are encountering new maintenance requirements related to battery thermal management and cooling system performance. At the same time, servicing these vehicles often requires parts designed for specific applications. The introduction of HV Battery Filters reflects these developments, and it is not the last addition customers will see from Champion. We already have further product launches planned for the near future”
Champion is also presenting its upcoming wiper range, which includes both flat and conventional blades. Launching with approximately 85 part numbers, the program covers around 90 per cent of European vehicles and features pre-installed multi-adapters to facilitate fitting and stock management.
