Delphi has introduced DS-Cloud, a new cloud-based platform designed to enhance efficiency and record-keeping for garages and workshops. Integrated directly through the Delphi DS-Hub, DS-Cloud automatically uploads and securely stores diagnostics sessions from all generations of Delphi DS tools.
Any workshop using Delphi Diagnostics can create an account and link it to their PC or tablet, simplifying the process of building a complete vehicle service picture.
Key features include:
- Secure Storage: All diagnostics reports are securely saved and can be searched, filtered, and viewed from any device. Reports can also be downloaded as PDF for customer communication.
- Vehicle History: For repeat customers, DS-Cloud builds a detailed vehicle history, enabling faster identification of recurring issues and improving the accuracy of future diagnostics.
- Data Insights: For distributors, the system links to workshop management platforms, providing insights into common fault codes, popular brands, and system trends across the network. These data points can inform stocking decisions and relevant training programmes.
DS-Cloud is free for all Delphi DS users and works with both the latest and previous generations of Delphi VCIs. Reports remain stored even if a license expires, and multiple workshop devices can be linked to the same account for unified reporting.
