Delphi Releases Highlights Video Following ‘Make Some Noise’ Campaign Launch

Delphi has released a highlights video covering its “Make Some Noise. Delphi – Built for Silence” campaign launch event held at the Delphi Training Academy in May.

Hosted by YouTuber Sam Hard of Hard-Up Garage, the event featured a panel discussion with Sophie Lyden of The Tyre Lady and Mick Shaikly of Shaikly Motors, alongside live technical demonstrations and workshop networking.

Aliya Lam, UK Country Director at Delphi, said:

“The launch event was about much more than introducing a new campaign. It was about bringing the industry together to have important conversations around braking safety, product quality and the role workshops play in educating motorists. The response on the day was fantastic, and this highlights video allows us to share that experience with an even wider audience to showcase exactly what Make Some Noise is all about.”

The campaign focuses on six core pillars:

  • Friction materials: Engineering behind safe, quiet braking
  • Commercial vehicles: The Professional+ braking range for light commercial vehicles
  • Technical support: Delphi Academy training and technical assistance
  • Industry awareness: Educating the market on braking quality and safety
  • Product warranty: Highlighting service support, including the No Quibble Warranty
  • Emerging markets: Preparing workshops for incoming Chinese vehicle brands

Lam added:

“Make Some Noise is an ongoing campaign, not a one-day event. It’s built around six key themes that reflect the challenges and opportunities facing workshops today, from friction materials and technician training through to supporting new vehicle technologies and changing aftermarket demands.

“We’ll continue working with workshops, distributors and industry partners to raise awareness of what quality braking really looks like and why it matters for businesses, technicians and ultimately every road user.”

The video is available on Instagram (@delphi.uk), with further details here.
