Core Diagnostics has secured a significant European partnership with 123 Pare-Brise, a leading French glass replacement specialist with over 170 centres across the country and further expansion planned for 2026. The UK company will provide remote ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration services to the network.
The partnership enables 123 Pare-Brise centres to perform ADAS calibrations on-site via a secure remote connection to Core Diagnostics’ highly-trained technicians at their Ellesmere Port, Cheshire Technical Centre. This eliminates the network’s previous reliance on mobile ADAS specialists or main dealers, improving productivity and reducing costs. Core Diagnostics reports an average response time of under 5 seconds and average success rates of more than 99% (Data from September 2025).

He confirmed the benefits of the in-house service: “Thanks to the remote ADAS solution, these operations can now be carried out directly in our centres, without moving the vehicle. This solution will allow us to significantly reduce the use of external service providers, improve intervention planning and offer our customers an even smoother and more controlled service.”
123 Pare-Brise chose Core Diagnostics after a comprehensive evaluation of multiple major providers. Mr Acthergal added: “After several months of testing and evaluating six different solutions, we chose Core Diagnostics. Deployment and training will take place throughout November and December, with full commissioning targeted for the end of 2025.
