Unauthorised cameras were installed by a garage owner, who used them to record workers within the workshop.

The Carabinieri of the Labor Inspectorate of Cagliari denounced a 70-year-old Senorbì-based businessman whose workshop specializes in the repair and reconstruction of tires, citing a clear infringement of privacy law, along with further irregularities.

Among the many infractions on the property, some of which are related to workplace safety. In addition to being under supervision, the Carabinieri confirmed that the workers had not undergone the legally mandated medical exams.

In addition to the complaint, the entrepreneur received fines for a total amount of 3,662 euros.
