Monroe Covers 27 Million Vehicles with New Air Compressor Launch

Monroe, a DRiV brand, is expanding its air suspension offering with the introduction of a new range of light vehicle air compressors, covering approximately 27 million vehicles across Europe.

Following the release of its air springs range, the air compressors have been developed to OE specifications for passenger cars and SUVs. Key design elements include high-performance booster cylinders, low-noise motor components, and high-silicon wear-resistant materials. Individual units undergo testing for pressure, temperature, noise levels, and pumping speed.

Sylvain Gary, Senior Product Manager at EMEA, DRiV, said:

“The introduction of Monroe Air Compressors reflects our commitment to listening to the market and leveraging our suspension expertise to deliver high-quality solutions for evolving vehicle technologies. As air suspension systems continue to gain traction across the European vehicle parc, we are committed to expanding our offering in this category. By combining Monroe’s OE expertise, product quality and broad coverage, we aim to become the leading choice for workshops and distributors seeking durable air suspension replacement components,”

A pre-launch preview of the range will be available at the Automechanika trade fair in Frankfurt from 8–12 September 2026 (Hall 4.0, Stand C31), prior to its official market introduction in October 2026. DRiV has confirmed further additions to the Monroe air suspension line-up, including air struts and ride height sensors, are planned for subsequent release.
