Ring and OSRAM to showcase new products at Automechanika Birmingham

Lighting specialists OSRAM and Ring will jointly present their newest product lines at Automechanika Birmingham, held at the NEC from 3-5 June. This event will mark the aftermarket debut for OSRAM’s entry into the automotive accessories market, including its new range of torches, inspection lamps, and solar chargers.

Both Ring and OSRAM will share a prominent stand, displaying an extensive selection of their products. In addition to OSRAM’s newly launched accessories, the company will also showcase its original equipment (OE) lighting solutions. Ring will present its aftermarket battery care products, workshop tools, and inspection lamps, alongside recent additions such as the ULTRAINFLATE tyre inflator.

Technical experts from both Ring and OSRAM will be available throughout the exhibition to discuss product features, offer professional advice, and conduct product demonstrations as required.

Furthermore, representatives from Ring and OSRAM will lead a seminar session within the Workshop Hub area, addressing the topic of vehicle lighting and the impact of glare on road safety, including the underlying causes of glare and issues related to poor bulb quality.

The companies are also sponsors of the Content Creator Award at the Automechanika Birmingham Garage Awards on June 4th, an initiative to recognise talented individuals producing impactful and original automotive content.

Henry Bisson, Marketing Director at Ring, said: “We have had a lot of new products introduced into the Ring and OSRAM ranges in the first half of 2025 and Automechanika Birmingham is the perfect place to showcase them for the first time. We regularly exhibit at Automechanika Birmingham and the event is always really well attended. Looking forward to seeing the reaction to our new products from the technicians, as well as our wholesale customers.

“We have a full schedule at the event, sponsoring the IAAF Garage Awards on the Wednesday evening then, in addition to our stand, we will also be speaking at the Workshop Seminar on the Thursday morning. We will be giving a talk on the topic of the evolution of vehicle lighting and discussing the issue of glare, which is a hot news item in the automotive world at the minute.”
