Ring Automotive sponsored the night stage at the Trackrod Rally Yorkshire on 25th and 26th September, marking the fourth consecutive year the Leeds-based business has supported the event.
The Trackrod Rally Yorkshire is a British Rally Championship-accredited stage rally, featuring competitive stages through forests in Yorkshire. Ring and its parent company OSRAM specialize in vehicle lighting, which serves as a core component for rally teams competing during night stages.
Marketing Director for Ring, Henry Bisson, said: “We’re incredibly proud to sponsor this amazing rally for a fourth year. As we’re primarily a lighting company, it made sense for us to sponsor the night stage where high performance headlamps and auxiliary driving lights are vital for the drivers’ safety and success.
“The event is always really well attended with enthusiastic drivers and spectators. As the event is just under an hour away from our offices, it’s a great opportunity for us to invest in an important local event his rally is a brilliant showcase of motorsport, and we’re all really looking forward to it!”
