Automotive aftermarket brands Ring and OSRAM have secured positions in the 2026 Auto Express Product Awards, with three distinct workshop and consumer products named in the annual listing.
Ring’s flat tyre sealant (RTS4502) finished as the first runner-up in the overall Product of the Year category. The product, which previously received a 4.5 out of 5-star rating during testing, is manufactured to original equipment specification to seal tyre punctures up to 6mm. The formulation operates without vehicle jacks or tools, remains safe for tyre pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), and permits drivers to travel up to 125 miles at 50 mph prior to professional replacement.
A second Ring product, the ULTRACHARGE 10 (RSC1010) smart charger, was Commended in the battery charger category test. The unit manages power delivery via a nine-stage charging cycle for lead-acid, AGM, and calcium units, alongside a dedicated seven-stage cycle designed for lithium batteries and stop-start vehicle systems.
OSRAM received a Commended accolade in the inspection lamp category for its LEDInspect Twist 450. The tool provides a light output up to 450 lumens with a 6000K colour temperature, and incorporates a 360-degree twist and 180-degree pivot mechanism to position lighting within workshop environments.
